Fees are nonrefundable as standard. Cancellations made before the published start date are not eligible for a refund. Where appropriate, Whitestone may offer a onetime deferral or transfer to a later intake, subject to availability and policy conditions. After the start date, no refunds, deferrals, or transfers are available. If Whitestone cancels or materially changes a course,

Upon successful completion and confirmation by the Assessment Board, you will receive formal certification and transcript in accordance with programme and awarding arrangements.
