The Professional Diploma in Learning and Development: Corporate Training Design and
Delivery equips L&D leaders and practitioners to diagnose capability gaps, design inclusive
learning, deliver blended training at scale, and evidence business impact. Informed by the
UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF), ADDIE, Universal Design for Learning
(UDL) and recognised corporate L&D practice, the programme integrates performance
consulting, instructional design, facilitation mastery, digital learning, change enablement
and evaluation (Kirkpatrick/Phillips)—so organisations realise measurable performance
outcomes.
